We run our kitty yoga classes in studios around Sydney. For the safety of our kitties, the exact location will be only shared after booking via email.

The minimum age to join is 8 years old. To keep our kittens happy and relaxed, participants under 15 should be accompanied by an adult.

All of our kitties come from trusted local cat rescues around Sydney who specialise in caring for vulnerable kittens.

A portion of every ticket sale also goes directly towards supporting these rescues, whether through financial contributions or providing essential supplies.

Each session helps the kittens become well-socialised, confident, and comfortable around people which is a huge advantage when it comes to adoption. Every kitten you meet is also adoption-ready, meaning many can find their forever homes directly through our sessions.

Absolutely! All the kittens present will be up for adoption so it might be the day you meet your new best friend.

Representatives from the cat rescues will be present on the day to talk through their adoption process and answer any questions.

Because all of our kittens come from rescues, their exact breeds often aren’t known and vary week to week. However what we can guarantee is ultimate cuteness!

Kitten safety is our top priority. We sanitise before and after every class, wiping down all mats, toys, and surfaces with a pet-safe antibacterial cleaner. Prior to every class, participants are asked to use hand sanitiser, and the kittens always have access to litter trays, food and water. They also get dedicated breaks between sessions with no music so they can rest and nap.

We never force interactions; if a kitten seems overwhelmed, they’re gently moved to a quiet space. We also work exclusively with reputable, ethical rescue organisations to ensure every kitten’s wellbeing.

Just yourself and excitement to meet the kitties! Yoga mats are provided.

It's completely up to you! You can join in the full yoga session, or simply relax and spend time playing with the kittens - whatever feels right for you.

Nope, all levels are welcome! Our classes are very relaxed and beginner-friendly.

Unfortunately, no. For health and safety of our kittens and participants, only designated rescue kittens can join the sessions.

Each class runs for 1 hour, with 45 minutes of gentle kitty yoga followed by 15 minutes of free kitty playtime and cuddles. It's the perfect mood-boosting hour!
