Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, tickets are transferable to another attendee if you can’t make it. To transfer your ticket, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session at hello@kittyyogaclub.com.au. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Cancelled Classes

In the rare event that we don’t have enough attendees to run a class, we reserve the right to cancel. Any cancellations will be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. You will be able to swap your ticket to another date or receive a full refund.

Location

We work with different venues across Sydney. After you register, we’ll share the exact location via email. We always try to make sure the venue is easily accessible by public transport from Sydney CBD.

Kitten Breeds

All our kittens come from local rescues, so we don’t always know the exact breeds. We aim to vary the kittens week-to-week depending on availability, and only kittens ready to socialise will be invited. All kittens are available for adoption (unless already chosen in an earlier class), so if you fall in love with one, come chat with us after class about giving them a forever home!

Age Restrictions

Children aged 8 and above are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult who booked the class.

Kitten Safety

The well-being and safety of our kittens is our top priority. To keep them happy and safe:

  • Please remain seated during the session.
  • Be gentle, and avoid picking up kittens unless they come to you.

Agreement to Share Media

Part of the joy of Kitty Yoga is sharing it with our community online. By attending, you agree that we may take photos or videos during class. If you’d like to stay off camera, simply tell us before the session, and we’ll do our best to avoid including you in the shots.

No-Show Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if you do not show up.

Liability

While we aim to create a safe and fun environment, Kitty Yoga Club is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during classes or events. By attending, you do so at your own risk. Please also keep an eye on your personal belongings. 

Gift Cards

Treat someone special to the joy of kitty yoga with a gift card!

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • They can be redeemed for any class on our website.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque, or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if it is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced.

Redeeming Gift Cards:

  • At checkout, select “Redeem a gift card” and enter the unique code.
  • If the order total exceeds the card value, pay the remaining balance with another payment method.
  • Any remaining balance can be used for future bookings.

Recipient Name & Delivery:

  • To make sure the gift card goes to the right person, please enter the recipient’s name and email rather than your own.

Updates to Our Terms

We may tweak or update these terms occasionally to keep everything running smoothly. By continuing to book or attend classes, you’re agreeing to the most recent version of our Terms & Conditions.
